Limited Warranty Policy

At AngioLabs, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality, anatomically accurate simulation tools for medical education. We utilize proprietary additive manufacturing techniques—currently protected by pending provisional patents—to achieve the optical transparency and wall thickness required for high-fidelity endovascular training.

We understand that these specialized models are fragile by design. To support your training mission, we offer a 3-Month Limited Replacement Warranty.

1. What is Covered

AngioLabs warrants that your vascular simulator will be free from manufacturing defects under normal conditions of use for a period of three (3) months from the date of purchase. If a defect in material or workmanship causes the model to fail during standard simulation exercises within this period, we will provide a replacement unit.

2. The Claims Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team at [Insert Support Email] with the following information:

  • Order Number: Found in your confirmation email.

  • Documentation: A brief description of the issue and clear photographic or video evidence of the damage.

  • Usage Context: A brief description of the tools being used at the time of the incident (e.g., specific catheter/wire types).

Our team will review your claim and provide instructions for the replacement process.

3. Shipping and Handling

While the replacement unit is provided at no cost, the User is responsible for all associated shipping and handling fees for the replacement simulator.

4. What is Not Covered (Exclusions)

Because our models are precision-engineered for transparency and realism, they require gentle handling. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Misuse or Negligence: Damage caused by using tools, catheters, or wires that are not recommended or that have been modified/damaged by the user.

  • Improper Handling: Damage resulting from excessive force, dropping the model, or storage in conditions outside of room temperature.

  • Unauthorized Modification: Any attempt to alter, repair, or reverse-engineer the simulator—or any attempt to reproduce our designs—will immediately void this warranty and may result in legal action regarding our intellectual property rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

AngioLabs’ responsibility is limited to the replacement of the product as described above. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Important Clinical Disclaimer: AngioLabs simulators are exclusively for educational, training, and simulation purposes. They are not medical devices cleared for clinical diagnosis, patient treatment, or surgical planning. They are not intended to be used on or in humans. Reliance on these models for training does not substitute for clinical experience or professional medical judgment.
